Tanzania Team 2005 Planned ActivitiesTuesday, May 31, 2005 African Enterprise JUNE: We have a fund raising function on June 24. We urgently need a lot of your prayers. The fund raising is specifically aiming at raising funds for our upcoming " Mbeya Back To God Mission". We are determined and by faith we want to raise the entire budget of the mission locally. We realize that Mbeya town is so big, we must divide it in zones if we have to do anything meaningul. Dividing the city into zones is an expensive venture so we must raise extra funds. The budget for the entire mission according to us here is coming close to 40,000USD. We are trusting the Lord to raise this amount from Tanzania. Please pray for 24 june. Also apart from working on the fund raising, we have several local speaking engagements, and Grace will be involved in Pentecostal Women Conferences in Burundi towards the end of June.JULY: In July the mission department will be fully engaged in the preparation of Mbeya Back To God sheduled to take place in August from 14th through 21st, 2005. The Team Leader ( Grace ) will be joining others in Nairobi for the International Youth Conference as one of the speakers from July 12th through 21st. AUGUST: Our major activity of the year is Mbeya Back To God 14th-21st August, 2005. The Team Leader and the chairperson will be attending IPB meetings just before the mission to Mbeya takes off. | |
