African Enterprise

Melisachew Mesfin, Ethiopia's team leader believes that it is very important to focus on the youth of Africa because of their potential to become the countries leaders. "They need to be nurtured in the word of God." he said. In partnership with local churches, in 2004, the team taught four classes at several high schools and colleges reaching 11,000 students. In 2005 over 13,000 participated in the classes. First year students learn: Basic Bible Doctrines, Bible Study Methods (pt.1), Evangelism and The Fear of the Lord. Second year student studies include The Identity of Jesus Versus False Doctrines, Hermeneutics & Bible Study Methods (pt.2), Commentary on Hebrew and Christian Ethics. AE will shoulder this program's responsibilities until the church completely takes it over in 2008.

It costs $4.00US to teach one child.
