Malcolm Graham

Executive Director

Malcolm Graham spent 26 years in the Insurance and Banking industry, initially as an underwriter and risk management advisor, and the latter 16 years in varying managerial and Directorship positions.

After his conversion at a Methodist Youth Camp Malcolm became involved in the life and programs of the local Church. He held many Church leadership roles such as Sunday School Superintendent and Circuit & District Steward. He also served as Chairman of numerous community, school and Rotary Committees and Trusts.

At the end of 1976 he gave up a lucrative career and joined the African Enterprise Team in South Africa as their Administrative Director where he used his business acumen to help AE's evangelistic Mission endeavors as well as improving the quality of life for Team and Staff. Malcolm is a problem solver and has assisted in the development of the ministry in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa as well as in their overseas Support Offices. This experience and knowledge led to his appointment as the Executive Director of AE's most important support base in America.

Malcolm has now been in the U.S.A. for seven years. Since his arrival financial and prayer support to Africa has increased substantially. His unique business background and intimate knowledge of the African Enterprise ministry have been the major reasons for the growth of the U.S.A. Support Office. This has come about through his hands-on involvement in management, budgeting, fund raising and prayer support development.

In addition to managing the U.S.A. operation Malcolm continues to assist Michael Cassidy and the leadership of AE by being responsible for the executive and administrative functions of AE's International Partnership Board which oversees the ten Teams and five Support Offices and other international networks. In his role as the International Executive Officer, Malcolm is virtually in daily contact with AE's worldwide operations with the primary objective of helping and encouraging the Teams in the advancement of the Gospel to the cities of Africa.
